TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Keyring Bar
BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
A Deposit is required to secure your booking. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received
Final Payment
The Remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before your event date.

Event Requirements
​
Clients must ensure there is suitable space and access at the venue for setup. Access to power may be required depending on service booked
​
Travel
​
Travel Charges may apply depending on event location. This will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
​
Damages
​
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to equipment or items provided during the event.
​
Cancellations
​
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure the date and preparation for your event.
